The entire machine is covered by a six‑month warranty, excluding wear‑prone parts such as conveyor belts; non‑human‑caused failures are eligible for return or replacement within three calendar months.

After the warranty period, paid on‑site repair services and spare parts supply are provided, along with long‑term free technical guidance.
