AI Vision Sorting Dual-Station Veneer Stacker
AI inspection, intelligent sorting and automatic stacking in one machine. Each veneer sheet is checked for dimensions and surface defects, then graded according to your settings. Waste is removed automatically, while accepted sheets are counted, aligned and stacked at two independent stations.
Trial CommitmentWithin three months from the date of equipment delivery, if the equipment is unable to function properly due to non‑human factors, it shall be subject to return or replacement in accordance with the contract.

Installation and after-sales service
Please confirm these conditions before delivery
The customer must arrange forklift unloading, provide three-phase power and compressed air, and reserve space for both tracks according to the layout plan.
Tengsen handles installation, commissioning, on-site camera calibration, veneer format settings and grade-to-outlet assignments. A small batch of veneer is used to check the displayed grades against the actual outlets before operator training and handover.
The machine is covered by a 6-month warranty, excluding conveyor belts. If it becomes unusable within 3 calendar months for reasons not caused by the user, return or replacement is provided under the contract. Paid on-site repairs are available after the warranty, with ongoing free technical guidance.
