Installation and maintenance

Before installation and commissioning, confirm the foundation, electrical system, air supply, and access routes first.

Key considerations include foundation leveling, equipment centerlines, conveying rhythms, safety passageways, forklift logistics, and maintenance of wear‑prone components, minimizing post‑installation adjustments.

01

Prepare the site conditions first before installation

Confirm power supply, air source, foundation flatness, hoisting space, forklift access, and equipment delivery routes to avoid repeated delays once the equipment arrives due to incomplete site conditions.

02

During commissioning, run each section individually before interlocking

First, test the conveyor, veneer receiving and stacking, board stacking, palletizing, and safety protection sections individually; then link them with the peeling machine and downstream equipment to observe whether continuous operation remains stable.

03

Maintenance focuses on wear‑prone parts and safety components

Chains, bearings, pneumatic components, sensors, safety guards, and conveyor belts require regular inspection; maintenance space must also be reserved on site.
