Can equipment be directly added during the renovation of an old plant?

Most older plants can start with localized upgrades, but first assess the peeling machine’s location, column positions, doorways, power and air supply, forklift access, and sheet discharge direction to determine whether to add only downstream equipment or simultaneously adjust upstream conveying.

What materials need to be provided before developing a complete line solution?

It is recommended to provide the plant’s length, width, and height, column locations, photos or videos of existing equipment, target specifications, target capacity, staffing details, forklift routes, and log entry/exit directions. The more complete the information, the faster the solution can be assessed.

What is the maximum log diameter it can handle?

Solutions typically focus on logs ranging from about 6 to 60 cm in diameter, ultimately confirmed in conjunction with wood species, diameter, curvature, incoming material stability, and existing peeling equipment configuration—diameter alone is insufficient for evaluation.

Will different types of wood affect the solution?

It does matter. Logs of pine, mixed hardwood, eucalyptus, poplar, rubberwood, and other species differ in diameter, hardness, curvature, and sheet stability; equipment speed, conveying structure, and veneer receiving and stacking methods all need to be tailored to site conditions.

Yes. When formal drawings are unavailable, you can first provide mobile phone videos, key dimensions, equipment locations, and board discharge directions. Tengsen will initially assess the overall approach and then supplement with any critical data requiring measurement.

How to confirm the scope of after-sales service and return/exchange policy?

After-sales service is determined based on the equipment type, delivery content, installation and commissioning, as well as the customer’s on-site operating conditions. The specific scope of return and exchange services shall be subject to the contract; the boundaries must be clearly defined before signing the agreement.
