Before discussing a complete solution, the wood veneer plant should first prepare these key pieces of information.

Abstract

A complete wood veneer plant line is not simply about arranging equipment; the plan must consider log feeding, log splitting, conveying, rotary cutting, stacking, palletizing, and forklift transport all at once. The more comprehensive the information, the faster the plan can be evaluated.

Before discussing a complete solution, the wood veneer plant should first prepare these key pieces of information.

On-Site Information

We recommend that the customer first prepare the plant’s length, width, and height; column locations; door orientations; raw‑material storage area; finished‑goods yard; forklift routes; and the existing peeling‑machine layout. For retrofit projects, please also specify which equipment or structures cannot be relocated and which processes are most critical to current production efficiency.

Solution Evaluation

Tengsen evaluates, based on wood species, log diameter, target sheet size, and desired capacity, whether the upstream stage requires a log cut‑off saw, log rack, or conveyor belt, whether unmanned startup is appropriate, and whether the downstream should use an automatic veneer stacker or a palletizing and stacking integrated machine.
